This role is responsible for overseeing quality assurance activities across the organization, including internal audits, supplier management, corrective/preventive actions, and LEAN initiatives.</p> <p>This position can be located at any Malarkey Roofing Production manufacturing facility.</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH</p> <ul> <li>Develop, implement, and maintain QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms to ensure compliance with applicable standards and continuous improvement. </li><li>Plan and conduct internal audits to assess conformance with QMS requirements, identify areas for improvement, and support audit readiness. </li><li>Establish and manage a supplier evaluation and monitoring system to ensure the quality and reliability of external partners and vendors. </li><li>Develop and deliver training programs to ensure organizational understanding and adherence to QMS standards and procedures. </li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Lead LEAN initiatives across departments to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste. </li><li>Collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement, maintain, and optimize quality software systems. </li><li>Manage the corrective and preventative action process to investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive measures. </li><li>Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. </li></ul> <p>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree</p> <p>Field of Study Preferred: Chemistry, Engineering, Statistics, or Business</p> <p>Required Work Experience: Five years managing quality functions in high-speed, continuous, or multi-lane manufacturing environments, with measurable results</p> <p>Travel Requirements: Up to 50%</p> <p>Additional Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators.
