<p>A unique position in which Logistics Specialist 3 is responsible for the execution of material logistics in a data center environment. This includes the shipping/receiving, storage, distribution, and cycle counting of data center material.</p> <p>How You Will Make a Difference:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Demonstrate leadership or point of contact during shift assignments</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of the organization</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee and supervise 3-4 hourly logistics personnel for assigned operations</p> </li><li> <p>Direct and review work plan for assigned staff within assigned area</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct a review of team members' Support of DC operations including but not limited to receiving, storing, and shipping materials</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain strict inventory control Ensure accurate and timely shipments and receipts receiving</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate records and metrics, audit as necessary</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in monthly and/or annual physical inventories; provide inventory reports</p> </li><li> <p>Identify, document, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement</p> </li><li> <p>Keep a strong working knowledge of all operating systems in the work area</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in order planning for the facilities team</p> </li><li> <p>Manage tasks and vendor inventory orders</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in inventory audits Receipt</p> </li><li> <p>Management Support OFCI (Construction' Bulk Inventory)</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with 3-way match receiving and assist with bulk and asset receiving when necessary</p> </li></ul> <p>What You Will Need to Succeed:</p> <ul> <li> <p>HS Diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 2 years of forklift (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck) experience required, current certification</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or related field</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 6 months in a leadership or mentorship role</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel)</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent customer service and relationship management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and client service management</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written and oral communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm</p> </li><li> <p>Work independently and as a member of various teams and committees</p> </li><li> <p>Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions</p> </li><li> <p>Understand all safety requirements and cautions</p> </li><li> <p>Able to safely lift and move a minimum of fifty (50) pounds and can stand the duration of the shift</p> </li><li> <p>Current valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li> <p>May require up to 25% travel</p> </li><li> <p>May require extended periods on your feet</p> </li><li> <p>May require miles of walking per day throughout the Warehouse and/or Data Center</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-LC1</p>
