This role oversees daily operations, monitors performance, enforces company policies, and communicates with leadership to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage staff scheduling, job assignments, and overtime needs </li><li>Resolve staffing issues and ensure production schedules are met </li><li>Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, feedback, and recognition </li><li>Address employee concerns and resolve issues in alignment with company policies </li><li>Conduct shift-start audits of the manufacturing floor </li><li>Monitor machines and productivity to ensure operations meet standards </li><li>Ensure quality standards and company policies are consistently followed </li><li>Drive improvements in quality, waste reduction, and throughput </li><li>Review and approve timecards and PTO requests in ADP </li><li>Complete and monitor reports including shift logs, productivity, scrap, and downtime </li><li>Ensure accurate data entry in IQMS and other ERP systems </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education & Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>College degree or equivalent work experience </li></ul> <p>Experience & Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in manufacturing and warehouse environments </li><li>Experience managing teams of 30+ employees </li><li>Familiarity with blow molding and/or injection molding preferred </li><li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) </li><li>Experience with ERP systems (IQMS preferred) </li><li>Strong understanding of production equipment, tools, and procedures </li><li>Knowledge of roles reporting to the Supervisor and other department functions </li></ul> <p>Soft Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong business acumen and organizational skills </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities </li><li>High attention to detail and analytical thinking </li><li>Ability to multitask and shift focus without losing track of priorities </li><li>Results-driven with sound judgment and client-service mindset </li><li>Natural leadership and coaching ability </li><li>Collaborative, flexible, and positive team player </li><li>Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to professional development </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly lift boxes up to 50 lbs </li><li>Sit for extended periods and perform repetitive hand/wrist motions </li><li>Reach with hands and arms; frequent movement around the factory and warehouse </li><li>Close vision and color vision required; frequent computer monitor use </li></ul> <p>Important Note:</p> <p>We utilize a tool called Culture Index as part of our recruiting and employee development process.</p> <p>Candidates MUST complete the 5-minute survey at the following link prior to being considered for the opportunity:</p> <p>Click here to take survey</p> <p>Apply Today!</p> <p>Join a team that values leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement. Flexcraft offers competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for growth.</p> <p>Available Shifts - 12-Hour Schedule (2-3-2 Format)</p> <p>We currently operate on a 12-hour shift schedule using a 2-3-2 rotation, which means:</p> <p>You work 2 days, then have 2 days off</p> <p>Then you work 3 days, followed by 2 days off</p> <p>Then you work 2 days, and the cycle repeats</p> <p>This allows for a consistent rotation and includes every other weekend off.</p> <p>Shift Times:</p> <p>Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM</p> <p>Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM</p>
