<p>Overview:undefined</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Job Responsibilities Include:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure the safety of the facilities department by developing, reviewing, and revising operating procedures. </li><li>Oversee the implementation of park and department policies and procedures </li><li>Maintain documentation of training certifications, maintenance and safety standards. </li><li>Develop and maintain daily operation and rehab projects. </li><li>Lead and schedule all assigned facilities shops to ensure all work assignments are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. </li><li>Preparing and coordinating all tools, equipment, and materials required for projects. </li><li>Working to continuously improve employee morale </li><li>Handling team member questions and concerns. </li><li>Lead, discipline, motivate and manage staff to achieve department goals. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>The ideal candidate must possess:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in leading the team with projects </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. </li><li>Strong motivational, leadership, and team building skills. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to accomplish goals through motivation and delegation. </li><li>Good organizational skills, creative, outgoing, detail oriented, and self-motivator. </li><li>An enthusiastic, professional, and positive attitude and enjoy working with people. </li><li>Valid CA driver license. </li><li>Ability to operate a variety of equipment (cleaning equipment, tractor, sweeper truck, etc.) </li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. </li></ul>
