<p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Product Manager is responsible for developing and driving execution of product strategies for the achievement of long-term goals and short-term business plans for the company. Responsible for product life-cycle management to increase sales and profitability of the business to drive sustainable growth.</p> <p>The successful individual will be part of an existing team that will include product development resources, as well as marketing personnel who will assist with go-to-market strategy and implementation. This individual will be responsible for the growth and market performance of the assigned product categories.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Product Vision and Strategy - Develop and execute strategic growth plans for assigned product categories to grow the business. </li><li>Market Research and Analysis - Perform market research to define market size, growth, and industry trends, including pricing, competition, and opportunity to position products to win in the market while maximizing margin potential. </li><li>Product Lifecycle Management - Manage products through the entire product lifecycle, optimizing profitability and growth through cost reductions and pricing strategies; Manage product exits/retirements strategically; Develop product roadmaps for long-term growth. </li><li>Voice of the Customer Intelligence - Investigate and understand customer and market expectations; define product strategy that meets expectations of customers, sales, and the company. </li><li>Data Collection and Product Analytics - Evaluate and report on product performance, sales volume, margins, and market share. </li><li>Cross-Functional Team Leadership - Develop strong working relationships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Accounting and Operations to promote growth, efficiency, and profitability of product category. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred </li><li>8-10 years of relevant experience in Product Management </li><li>3+ years of experience managing a product's P&L </li><li>Cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to make critical decisions and influence others. </li><li>Creative problem-solver, with ability to work independently and drive for results </li><li>Strong quantitative and analytical skills </li></ul> <p>What We Can Offer You:</p> <p>Benefits are the game changer!
