<p>The individual selected will initiate and maintain commercial contacts with and provide support to Philips and healthcare providers, and will and initiate and develop financing opportunities in line with strategy and sales plans, in order to realize the formulated sales objectives on lease penetration rate, new business volume and vendor/partner profitability.</p> <p>Find out more here about how you can unleash your full potential at DLL!</p> <p>Day to Day</p> <p>Hunting & Finding New Business</p> <ul> <li>Proactively contribute to the development of the Philips and PMC's strategy and sales plans; </li><li>Increase the lease penetration of Philips non-ultrasound with healthcare providers; </li><li>Proactively originate new business both within the Philips organization as with healthcare providers; </li><li>'Be the face' to the client for PMC solutions, and be persuasive in C-Suite/Finance/Treasury discussions to win new business; </li><li>Structure complex transactions & solutions deviating from program agreement. </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder Management</p> <ul> <li>Together with PMC East VP of Strategic Sales for non-ultrasound, set sales forecast, budget and objectives and determine support and sales tactics and activities; </li><li>Collaborate with the PMC East VP of Strategic Sales for non-ultrasound and management to ensure consistent execution of the business plan; </li><li>Maximize portfolio profitability through the appropriate application of financing products, transactional structuring, and pricing; </li><li>Inform and align/ liaise with all relevant functions (internal and external contacts, as appropriate) to execute the plan; </li><li>Involve all relevant expertise (credit risk, fiscal, legal, etc.) and bring together internal parties to structure the deal; </li><li>Manage vendor/partner, dealer and partner relationships throughout the relationship life cycle. </li></ul> <p>Market Intelligence</p> <ul> <li>Analyzing and understand relevant healthcare markets </li><li>Identify market segments and target opportunities; </li></ul> <p>Travel, as necessary to support the following:</p> <ul> <li>Client Visits; </li><li>Organize and provide information and training to vendor/partner (local vendor/partner or local organization of international vendor/partner), partners and dealers on program </li><li>Support vendor/partners in relations with end users from a financing expertise perspective </li><li>Conduct periodic meetings with Philips, dealers, partners and relevant counterparts within PMC </li></ul> <p>Essentials</p> <ul> <li> <p>Advanced vocational level (Bachelors degree in U.S.) with basic insight and over 5 years of experience in the finance market and relevant vendor finance and/or lease market.
