<p>Job Description</p> <p>Description</p> <p>SAIC is seeking a Program/Financial Analyst to provide on-site project and financial management support at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in Middletown, RI.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>The individual will be required to perform various financial management functions as it relates to both Programmatic execution as well as Department level execution </li><li>The individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of Programmatic financial management including, but not limited to: funding document acceptance, cost tracking and monitoring, financial forecasting, budget planning and ad-hoc Department Level financial requirements utilizing various computer systems </li><li>In addition, the individual may attend meetings, track action items and interface with Government customers on a regular basis </li><li>The individual will require a government clearance and strong computer skills </li><li>Other duties may include developing miscellaneous reports, preparing assorted presentations, and assisting with the management and tracking of other project data, as required </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors and two (2) years of financial experience </li><li>Financial and Data Modeling experience, business analyst backgrounds are desired </li><li>MS Office proficiency with strong MS Excel knowledge </li><li>Ability to balance multiple tasks across multiple projects </li><li>Candidate must be a US Citizen </li><li>Candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance </li></ul> <p>DESIRED EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business (or related field) </li><li>DoD Financial Experience, preferably NAVY Finance </li><li>2-3+ years of Navy ERP Experience </li><li>Project Management Experience </li><li>Understanding of financial/technical documentation </li><li>Must be able to operate independently, but also in a team environment and </li></ul>
