Responsible for periodic evaluation of assigned patient plan of care and in collaboration with Physician establish an alternate plan is needed. Participate in patient and wound care data conferences and continuing education as determined by Program Director and Manager.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is required.
