<p>Responsibilities & Requirements</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Performs inventory assessments in order to maintain adequate levels of supplies and equipment as applicable </li><li>Assist Materials Management in strengthening relations between KHN departments and Material Management to ensure maximum customer satisfaction </li><li>Able to follow directions and assist Material Management leadership with duties as assigned </li><li>Uses proper phone etiquette and maintains professional appearance at all times </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li><li>Performs shipping and receiving functions to insure proper handling of incoming and outgoing supplies and equipment. </li><li>Ensure proper scanning of all delivery documents and maintain all off site facilities receiving records. </li><li>Assists the Lead Tech to resolve discrepancies concerning receipts and issues. </li><li>Communicate deliveries with Courier Services. </li><li>Receive and deliver all tissue trackable implants to proper locations in a timely manner and maintain proper documentation. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required </li></ul> <p>Overview</p> <p>Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 13 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio.
