<p>About the role:</p> <p>As a Technical Lead - Oracle PL/SQL, SSIS & SSRS, you will make an impact by designing, leading, and optimizing enterprise-grade data solutions that support critical business processes. You will be a valued member of a collaborative delivery team, working closely with application developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-performing database and reporting solutions.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the design and development of scalable database solutions using Oracle PL/SQL and SQL, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Own and guide data integration and transformation efforts using Microsoft SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF)</p> </li><li> <p>Perform performance tuning and query optimization to improve database efficiency, reliability, and response times</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs and database architectures</p> </li><li> <p>Provide technical leadership through code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices</p> </li></ul> <p>Work model:</p> <p>We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
