<p>Job Summary</p> <p>WebstaurantStore, the world's largest online restaurant supply company, is hiring a full-time remote Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst. In this role, you'll work across teams to plan, run, and analyze A/B tests-from initial concept to launch-to guide key website optimization decisions.</p> <p>Remote Work Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks. </li><li>Access to a home router and modem. </li><li>A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible). </li><li>A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment. </li><li>The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc. </li><li>Legal residents of one of the following states: (AK, AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, and WY). </li></ul> <p>We only accept W-2 candidates, H-1B sponsorship is not available.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>The CRO Analyst's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with various teams-design, development, and external stakeholders-to coordinate testing initiatives from ideation through goal definition, implementation, and analysis. </li><li>Plan, prioritize, and execute A/B tests across e-commerce experiences, including product detail pages, category pages, checkout, and navigation elements. </li><li>Conduct acceptance testing to validate experiment functionality. </li><li>Submit and manage tracking requests to ensure data is captured accurately. </li><li>Build dashboards to monitor active tests and track performance metrics such as conversion rate, funnel progression, and on-page interactions. </li><li>Create documentation for test results and communicate with external stakeholders to inform site updates and future testing. </li><li>Leverage customer behavior data, analytics insights, and user experience (UX) best practices to inform future test ideas and optimization opportunities. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer. </li><li>Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. </li><li>Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. </li><li>Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching. </li><li>Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>The candidate must possess the following qualities:</p> <ul> <li>Critical thinking: Assesses incomplete information, technical constraints, and user impact to shape testing opportunities. </li><li>Decision-making skills: Interprets test results and applies business context to make well-reasoned decisions in complex testing scenarios. </li><li>Strong communication skills: Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Is well spoken and confident discussing their work. </li><li>A strong work ethic: Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and follow-through when managing daily and weekly tasks independently. </li><li>Curiosity: Brings a natural curiosity about user behavior and performance data, continuously seeking opportunities to learn, test, and improve customer experience. </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <p>This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else.</p> <p>Desired Traits & Skills</p> <ul> <li>2-3 years of experience in conversion rate optimization, UX research, project management, or analytics, with a strong focus on e-commerce environments. </li><li>Experience working cross-departmentally with teams including design, development, content, and procurement. </li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and utilizing performance metrics to guide decision making. </li><li>Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio. </li><li>Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communications skills. </li><li>Proficiency with business productivity tools like Microsoft Office and Teams. </li></ul> <p>Candidate must be willing to demonstrate proficiency and critical thinking skills with a small project during the interview process.</p> <p>Sound interesting?</p> <p>Submit your resume and cover letter today.
