You will set up and efficiently run a servo-driven narrow web Flexographic Digital Hybrid Press, performing traditional flexographic printing and die-cutting to convert prime labels.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Operate full servo flexographic press to produce jobs according to specifications. (Experience is a must.) </li><li>Review job tickets to determine job specifications such as materials, ink colors, and print order. </li><li>Prepare the press for printing and die-cutting. </li><li>Load substrate, install tooling, mount plates, set print impression, and adjust the press. </li><li>Ensure that substrate, ink, and tooling meet required specifications. </li><li>Adjust ink distribution, speed, and temperature in the drying chamber. </li><li>Troubleshoot and correct print issues quickly to minimize downtime and material waste. </li><li>Perform routine maintenance, including oiling, cleaning, and minor repairs. </li><li>Follow safety protocols, maintain a clean work area, and practice good housekeeping. </li><li>Work with production teams, supervisors, and quality personnel to ensure jobs are completed on time and meet customer standards. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must have proven experience operating a Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, Omet, or other servo-driven narrow web press. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to efficiency and quality. </li><li>Ability to lift, stand, and work physically as required for press operation. </li><li>Knowledge of UV inks, water-based inks, and adhesive labels or film substrates. </li><li>Familiarity with basic computer input for job tracking and scheduling. </li><li>Team-oriented with excellent communication skills. </li></ul> <p>If you're looking to grow your career with a company that values innovation, teamwork, and craftsmanship, Inovar is the place for you!</p>
