Learn more about our story HERE.</p> <p>The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing, loading, and shipping outgoing orders while verifying accuracy of products, quantities, and required shipping documentation</p> <p>You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare, load, and ship outgoing orders </li><li>Verify accuracy of products, quantities, and required shipping documentation </li><li>Remove finished products and transport to staging area for shipping </li><li>Able to react to change effectively and handle other assignments, including working other shifts as needed. </li><li>Practice 5S and Safety </li></ul> <p>What TOOLS you'll bring with you:</p> <ul> <li>Requires education equivalent to four years of high school </li><li>Fluency in English with strong communication skills, written and oral </li><li>Basic computer skills required </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li>Standing for long periods of time </li><li>Repetitive motion </li><li>Must be able to lift 30 pounds </li><li>Frequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling of parts and containers </li></ul> <p>Internal Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>No final warnings </li><li>No more than 6 attendance points </li><li>Efficiency and Quality goal met for previous 6 months </li><li>Must be in current role for 6+ months </li><li>Must meet all job description requirements </li></ul> <p>Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.</p>
