<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Project Management - Project plan, meetings, budgets, schedules and Safety </li><li>Supports Operational Projects and repair work associated with building functionality </li><li>Develop detailed tracking methods to support Project health and success </li><li>Develops, updates, and distributes campus plans and drawings </li><li>Supports operational spend management </li><li>Supports the development of Standards for Building construction </li><li>Coordinating specific vendors based on project needs </li><li>Assuring projects are including Carbon Neutral goals </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in Facility Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, or related field </li><li>Associate's degree in construction management, project management, or related field.
