Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?</p> <p>ROLE SUMMARY:</p> <p>As a Dir Supply Chain Strategy & Performance, Core Working Capital , you will perform critical Finance, Planning, and Performance Management activities to support the North America Zone.</p> <p>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage Cash Flow and build strategy and take actions to ensure budget delivery</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with both long-term and short-term planning for the business, including: long term business planning and annual operating budgets, and monthly forecasting</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate internal monthly Business Cycle, Supply Chain and North America Zone Performance review, and Monthly routine management meetings</p> </li><li> <p>Complete Gap Analysis on missed performance targets with senior management; develop action plan to address gaps, utilize toolbox to support action plans, set internal objectives and work closely with management to ensure alignment</p> </li><li> <p>Be a clear liaison between the Supply Chain Leadership Team and Zone FP&A and Global Supply Chain Teams regarding performance, new initiatives, gap closure and Risk & Opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the Supply Chain Leadership Team in monthly PR, MPR, 1YP, and 3YP builds</p> </li><li> <p>North America Zone liaison to Global reporting models and tools supporting Cash Flow management</p> </li></ul> <p>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree (emphasis in business/marketing/finance/engineering or related field), or equivalent industry experience</p> </li><li> <p>General business acumen and understanding of performance levers affecting financial statements</p> </li><li> <p>Strong leadership skills</p> </li><li> <p>Self-starter with eagerness to learn new topics and develop expertise</p> </li><li> <p>Very strong Excel & Power point skills</p> </li><li> <p>2-3 years relevant experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication, follow-up, organizational, and presentation skills</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with syndicated data, software, and measures</p> </li></ul> <p>WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:</p> <p>Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
