We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our premier client in keeping their financial operations running smoothly while supporting vendors, internal teams, and the Accounting Department.</p> <p>Schedule: 8:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday</p> <p>Pay: $22/hr.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Process, track, and record invoices and payments </li><li>Code and enter A/P items into the accounting system with accuracy </li><li>Prepare checks and ACH transactions for review and distribution </li><li>Maintain vendor files and resolve invoice, payment, or credit discrepancies </li><li>Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding accounts and payments </li><li>Ensure compliance with tax-exempt status and proper documentation </li><li>Assist with monthly closings, reconciliations, and financial reporting </li><li>Support training and process improvements within Accounts Payable </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business, or 5+ years of applicable experience </li><li>Must have 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping </li><li>Proficiency in Sage Intacct (or similar software) and Microsoft Excel </li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills </li><li>Ability to work independently with analytical thinking and attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Our benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k plans, weekly pay, referral bonus potential, employee discount programs, unmatched professional development, and more!</p> <p>If you're ready to make an impact and grow your career in accounting, we'd love to hear from you.
