<p>Position Objective:</p> <p>Provide exceptional technical sales and service to customers in bakery operations. Support customer needs in bakery formulas, baking ingredients, bakery processes and manufacturing equipment.</p> <p>Key Result Areas:</p> <p>Performance Standards</p> <p>Technical Sales</p> <ul> <li>Strengthen and maintain existing customer relationships. </li><li>Identify and introduce new products to achieve targeted growth. </li><li>Analyze sales reports monthly and take appropriate action. </li><li>Awareness of customer pricing and terms and conditions. </li><li>Work closely with DSM's to identify new business opportunities and support customer base with technical sales expertise. </li><li>Establish appropriate visit frequency with current customer base. </li><li>Promote Company image. </li></ul> <p>Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Develop and achieve sales expense budgets to analyze monthly and take appropriate action. </li><li>Timely T&E management required </li><li>Ongoing utilization reports including: </li><li>Activity and Service reports </li><li>Complete sales forecasts, as required </li><li>Tracking customer ingredient usage </li><li>Significant market share changes </li><li>Track competitive market and industry activity </li></ul> <p>Customer Satisfaction</p> <ul> <li>Respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner. </li><li>Proactively seek out potential customer opportunities and develop action plans to resolve concerns or issues in a timely manner. </li><li>Provide completed service reports for customers and sales team for all service provided to a customer in a timely manner. </li><li>Collaborate with the Client Service team to support all customer requirements. </li></ul> <p>Professional Skills Enhancement</p> <ul> <li>Obtain and enhance sales training annually in at least one of the following areas: product knowledge (AIB or company product seminar, technical bulletins), selling skills, personnel management, computer skills or regulatory compliance. </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, writing and interpersonal skills. </li></ul> <p>Human Resources</p> <ul> <li>Comply with all HR policies and procedures. </li><li>Comply with relevant employment laws. </li></ul> <p>Other</p> <ul> <li>Attend workshops and courses that can improve job performance. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul>
