Our recruiters look forward to speaking with you about your background, skills, and compensation requirements.</p> <p>Schedule: 1st shift, M-F, 8:30a-5:30p</p> <p>The Carrier Compliance Coordinator is vital to the success of the Carrier Compliance administration group, which supports the Saddle Creek Transportation Services (SCTS) operations group. They are responsible for onboarding new carriers in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by the SCTS management team.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensure the accurate and timely application of carrier onboarding process and legal while strictly adhering to SCTS legal, insurance, and risk mitigation policies. </li><li>Must become a proficient user of the SCTS carrier management system (CMS) and other related software systems and drive efficiencies through systemic improvements. </li><li>Adhere to all Carrier Compliance SOP's and policies. </li><li>Leverage Lean principles to Identify and drive process improvement in the areas of Carrier Compliance. </li><li>Other duties may be assigned, including but not limited to administration of the purchasing system, supply orders, work orders, and administrative duties related to carrier claims. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education/Experience</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED Required. AA or Bachelor's degree preferred. </li><li>At least two (2) years related experience in Transportation/Logistics and/or administration preferred. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Ability to function in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. </li><li>Ability to build relationships with SCTS associates, as well as external vendors. </li><li>Working proficiency with MercuryGate TMS preferred. </li><li>Working proficiency in RMIS or similar carrier onboarding software preferred. </li><li>Proficiency (intermediate or higher) in Microsoft Excel and Outlook preferred. </li><li>Proven record of meeting goals and objectives working both individually and as part of a team. </li><li>Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Saddle Creek is an Equal Opportunity employer and an Affirmative Action employer, as required by law.
