<p>Your responsibilities</p> <p>The Lab Technician reports to the Senior Quality Manager and is responsible for ensuring incoming materials meet customer specifications through mechanical and chemical testing.</p> <p>Major Areas of Responsibility</p> <ul> <li>Perform inspection and testing of incoming materials and components according to established procedures, drawings, and specifications </li><li>Review certificates of analysis, supplier documentation, and quality records for accuracy and compliance </li><li>Use measuring and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM) to validate product dimensions and quality </li><li>Identify and document non-conforming materials; initiate and support corrective actions </li><li>Maintain accurate inspection records and reports in quality management systems </li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO requirements, and safety regulations </li></ul> <p>Company</p> <p>At Berco, we produce mission critical undercarriages for mining, construction, forestry and agriculture machinery.
