<p>Department</p> <p>Research Institute</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <ul> <li>This position is fully on-site, no option for remote* </li></ul> <p>The Research Development Specialist is responsible for independent-driven research including recommending and utilizing effective statistical methodology and data management strategies necessary for the creation, completion, and analysis of research projects for the Research Institute, while overseeing research and administrative strategies for the successful management of research publications for Sarasota Memorial Health Care System in accordance with the standards of good clinical practice and FDA regulations.</p> <ul> <li>Gynecology experience is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Require three (3) years of clinical experience preferably within a research setting. </li><li>Require completion of Human Subject Protection Training within 30 (thirty) days of hire. </li><li>Require Clinical Research Professional certification or must be obtained within one (1) year of hire. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prefer demonstrated ability to initiate work without supervision and work independently. </li><li>Prefer demonstrated knowledge of statistics and research grant processes. </li><li>Prefer demonstrated knowledge of and willingness to learn medical manuscript. </li><li>Prefer demonstrated ability to assist with independent clinical cancer trial creation. </li><li>Prefer demonstrated knowledge of commonly used computer applications, including database and data mining. </li></ul> <p>Mandatory Education</p> <p>BD: Bachelor Degree</p> <p>Required License and Certs</p> <p>FDL: Valid Driver's License</p>
