This pivotal role will collaborate with all departments, ensuring the seamless operation of our warehouse and logistics functions. Everything from Incoming/Outgoing deliveries to storage and inventory management. The Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing a proactive attitude and a strong commitment to maintaining operational stability and security.</p> <p>High Level Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Warehouse Logistics: Maintain warehouse workflows for both incoming and outgoing shipments, storage of materials, and internal documentation. Forklift experience a plus. </li><li>Inventory Management: Process and organize warehouse inventory; conduct physical counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory levels. Manage shipment/inventory documentation to ensure it is up to date. </li><li>Security Monitoring: Actively support the security of warehouse operations and contents through the implementation and monitoring of security measures. </li><li>Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations. </li><li>Forklift experience preferred. </li><li>PC/Windows/Microsoft Savvy. </li><li>Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for effective collaboration across teams. </li><li>Lift up to 75 lbs and engage in demanding tasks where needed. </li></ul> <p>Behavioral Traits</p> <ul> <li>Reliable and punctual </li><li>Attentive to detail and procedures </li><li>Eager to learn and take direction </li><li>Calm under pressure, especially during incidents </li><li>Respectful and professional with clients and teammates </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Education: High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Preferred: Previous experience in a high traffic warehouse environment. Heavy equipment with a lot of foot traffic. </li><li>Data Center Experience a plus.
