<p>Job Description</p> <p>Dewberry has an opportunity for a Water/Wastewater CADD Technician to join our Denver, CO office to assist with a wide range of challenging water and wastewater projects. Both vary based on level within the program and bonuses are dependent upon company performance.</p> <p>In addition, a host of discounted purchase programs are available to all employees.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide drafting and design services by preparing and maintaining 3D models in Revit. </li><li>Prepare P&ID drawings using Plant 3D and Revit. </li><li>Prepare design drawings from general instruction and preliminary sketches, diagrams, or schematics. </li><li>Prepare working drawings from conceptual plan to development Plan, Construction documents, and construction record drawings. </li><li>Coordinate with other team members including engineers, managers, administrative staff, and construction staff members. </li><li>Learn and apply dewberry/client specific drafting standards to drawings. </li><li>Design, layout and construct mechanical assembly drawings and fabrication details in Revit and Plant 3D. </li><li>Modeling, laying out, sizing, coordinating, and detailing process mechanical systems. </li><li>Assembly of plan sets and submittals. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills & Required Experience</p> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience as a CADD designer with mechanical emphasis. </li><li>Experience using AutoCAD, Plant 3D and Revit modeling experience to create surfaces, alignments, and profiles. Civil 3D a plus. </li><li>Assist with a wide range of projects and work with multiple project managers. </li><li>Strong interest in civil engineering, including Wastewater, Water Resources, and construction best practices. </li><li>HS diploma, A.A. Degree in Drafting, Design, or related field preferred </li><li>Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities design experience preferred </li><li>BIM/ Navisworks / ACC/ Model Coordination experience preferred </li><li>High attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Ability to ask for additional directions and assistance when needed. </li></ul> <p>Don't meet every single requirement? Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.</p>
