Incumbent will be responsible for managing, developing and implementing changes to the policy and procedure. Additionally, incumbent works with business units to understand processes, document procedural deficiencies and update or create procedures; as well as System Implementation Analysts to implement enhancements, as necessary. </li></ul> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Works closely with the Electronic Banking & TM Admin Support Manager to develop and implement an effective Treasury Management procedural repository. </li><li>Collaborates with applicable business unit contacts to inventory existing documentation and perform Treasury procedural gap analyses to determine the states of the existing procedure programs. </li><li>Independently conducts frequent observations and interviews within Treasury Management Product owners or System Implementation Analysts to understand the business processes to ensure responsiveness to business needs and to identify improvement opportunities that will reduce risk to the bank. </li><li>Collaborates with Treasury Management Product owners or System Implementation Analysts to coordinate the timing of procedural releases to ensure any relevant training material is updated. </li><li>Creates and drafts procedural release bulletins to educate Treasury Teams on updates to policies or the addition of new policies. </li><li>Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize responsibilities and produce results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. </li><li>Helps manage the implementation of new software release for Treasury Products, which includes advising appropriate personnel of changes in new releases and distributing documentation to key personnel. </li><li>Reviews, drafts and implements Treasury Procedures. </li><li>Quickly remediates audit findings for deposit procedural deficiencies. </li><li>Effective project management skills, including the ability to work under pressure to complete projects and tasks on schedule with high quality. </li><li>Delivers training on Treasury Products and Procedures to via classroom, video conference, WebEx, and one on one. </li><li>Delivers consistent training by using up-to-date knowledge and skills associated with the content being delivered and often acts as a subject matter expert in the technical/functional area of the content. </li><li>Confers with management, supervisors and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies </li><li>Possesses the ability to work independently with very little management oversight. </li><li>Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position. </li><li>Maintains confidentiality as defined by department standards. </li><li>Supports the company's Mission, Vision, and Values. </li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the financial services industry or a minimum of 3 years' of relevant experience in the financial services industry. </li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word required. </li><li>General understanding of banking products, services, forms and regulations preferred. </li><li>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
