<p>Bronson Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Services Manager to provide oversight and support to the team.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Provide oversight and support to all clinical operations in areas assigned. </li><li>Provide oversight and monitor clinical services as it relates to service provision, treatment and access. </li><li>Review and analyze clinical and operational performance results. Develop plans for improvement as needed. </li><li>Provide staff management to including hiring, development, training, performance management and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation. </li><li>Develop and implement behavioral health processes, procedures and policies across programs. </li><li>Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning and reporting processes as appropriate. </li><li>Represent the company at meetings in the community. </li><li>Collaborate with other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative work environment. </li><li>Support compliance by adherence to accreditation standards as well as standards of funding agencies and licensing boards. </li><li>Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Psychiatric Nursing required. </li><li>Five or more years' experience in behavioral health services with clinical experience with all target populations (SMI, SED, DD, SUD) required. </li><li>Three or more years' supervision experience required. </li><li>Management or administration experience and/or three years work experience in Utilization Management required. </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer</p> <p>This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
