(NASDAQ: ULCC).</p> <ul> <li>Frontier is the most fuel-efficient of all major U.S. carriers when measured by ASMs per fuel gallon consumed. </li></ul> <p>What Will You Be Doing?</p> <p>The Assemblies & Configuration Supervisor is responsible for managing the configuration of Frontier's fleet and the associated parts and components for the purpose of properly maintaining Frontier's FMIS System.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li> <p>Creates new aircraft structure and assemblies in FMIS and ERRP, and uploads new aircraft AIR and other Airbus data into FMIS in a timely manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain powerplant/landing gear for removals and installation from aircraft within the FMIS database.</p> </li><li> <p>Audit and update assemblies in FMIS when assemblies are returned from shop.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure correct engine, APU and landing gear hours and cycles and correct errors when/if found.</p> </li><li> <p>Take compliance of AD/SBs for assemblies, and work with AD management to make sure they are tracking correctly.</p> </li><li> <p>Audits newly created aircraft after all parts have been loaded.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversees conversion of non-rotable part numbers from the AIR, EDS, and assembly logbooks to Rotable.</p> </li><li> <p>Guides activities of Assemblies & Configuration Specialists to ensure proper compliance with appropriate regulations and the Frontier Airlines GMM.</p> </li><li> <p>Supervises activities for the proper loading, removal, or replacement of time- controlled components associated with powerplants and landing gears in the maintenance data base.</p> </li><li> <p>Completes technical review of each new component using approved documentation to ensure FMIS is accurate.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide reports and statements for assemblies as requested by other departments, Lessors, and vendors.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates with Engineering to validate approved interchangeability and effectivity of new Rotable part numbers in FMIS.</p> </li><li> <p>Notifies Engineering and Maintenance Departments of errors or issues identified during audits of part-number Task Cards and EOs.</p> </li><li> <p>Supervises and audits part-number TC audits performed by Assemblies & Configuration Specialists.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist Records and Materials in research of installed or removed parts issues in FMIS, guiding the appropriate person or department to make the necessary transaction in FMIS. Perform the transaction in FMIS when necessary.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides to Supply-Chain Management new Rotable part numbers identified while inducting new aircraft to facilitate required in-stock forecasting.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops and measures control points to ensure compliance of configurations.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates approval of interchangeability and PMA approvals with Engineering as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides accurate and timely answers to all in-house and external audits pertaining to the Records/Assemblies & Configuration department.</p> </li><li> <p>Conducts ongoing internal reviews of aircraft structures and assembly configurations in FMIS system.</p> </li><li> <p>Reviews any audit results performed by Assemblies & Configuration Specialists.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures department personnel are properly trained to perform assigned tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties in support of operational and system objectives.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Preferred - FAA-certificated mechanic with Airframe and Powerplant ratings. </li><li>College degree or equivalent work experience. </li><li>3-5 years of maintenance experience on large transport category aircraft. </li><li>CFM/LEAP/P&W engine experience - preferred </li><li>Must demonstrate behavior that portrays the company core values of Safety, Respect, Trust, Collaboration, Value, and Passion while communicating with personnel and acting on behalf of the company. </li></ul> <p>Equipment Operated</p> <p>Standard office equipment, including PC, copier, fax machine, printer</p> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Typical office environment, adequately heated and cooled</p> <p>Physical Effort</p> <p>Light physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.</p> <p>Supervision Received</p> <p>General Direction: The incumbent normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments.</p> <p>Positions Supervised</p> <ul> <li>Assemblies & Configuration Specialist </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $56,000 - $75,250</p> <p>Please note this role has a closing date of on or before 6/4/2024 midnight MST</p> <p>Workplace Policies</p> <p>At Frontier Airlines, we wholeheartedly support and have a strong commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action.
