<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Lead and manage all aspects of regulatory, compliance and operations support services within WhiteWater, ensuring safety, compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction while driving process improvement, team coordination, and business growth.</p> <p>Hiring Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience. </li><li>7+ years' experience in Water or Wastewater management, compliance, or environmental engineering. </li><li>3+ years of experience in a leadership position responsible for directing and coordinating staff, subcontractors and consultants, and making organizational decisions. </li><li>Must have minimum valid water or wastewater licenses T1-DW or 3M-WW. </li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and ability to make independent decisions and multi-task. </li><li>Demonstrated experience in directing and coordinating staff, subcontractors, and consultants. </li><li>OSHA 10 General Industry Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training). </li><li>Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen. </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License. </li></ul> <p>For more than 40 years, WhiteWater has been managing, operating, and maintaining municipal and private water and wastewater facilities throughout the northeast with pride and professionalism.
