<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Assists the Real Estate Manager to manage Deaconess Health System's (and its subsidiaries) real estate portfolio, which includes both leased and owned properties.</p> <p>Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate lease and property records in the real estate management software (Prolease). </li><li>Track critical dates such as lease expirations, renewals, rent escalations and options. </li><li>Ensure timely execution of lease related obligations. </li><li>Process and track real estate purchase and sale documents. </li><li>Add new leased and owned properties to insurance coverage with Risk (GL & Property). </li><li>Monitor Tenant COIs and enter in real estate management software. </li><li>Send new lease and lease renewal details to System Space Planning Committee for approval. </li><li>Assist with acquisition due diligence including review of leases and owned real estate. </li><li>Assist Facility Manager with interpretation of lease language for maintenance responsibility. </li><li>Provide general and administrative support for System Real Estate Manager and Financial Accountant Analyst. </li><li>Collaborate with brokers, legal and operations teams to support lease negotiations and renewals and purchase/sale of real estate. </li><li>Maintain and improve lease administration software and processes. </li><li>Support budgeting processes related to lease properties. </li><li></li><li></li><li>Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. </li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education and Experience</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or 3 or more years' experience in lease administration preferably in a healthcare or corporate real estate setting. Experience with real estate management software (e.g, MRI, Prolease, Yardi) preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Language Skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of lease terms, real estate principles and financial concepts.</p> </li><li> <p>Mathematical Skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.</p> </li><li> <p>Computer Skills</p> </li><li> <p></p> </li><li>To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of real estate management software. Microsoft 365 Office with advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis required. <p></p> </li><li> <p>Other skills, abilities or knowledge</p> </li><li> <p>Requires utmost discretion in working with confidential information and material.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute as they relate to leasing.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</p> </li><li> <p></p> </li><li>Excellent organization, analytical and communications skills. <p></p> </li><li> <p>GIS mapping and spatial analysis capabilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Project management skills are helpful but not required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Other Keywords: Real Estate, Analyst, Market Research, Data Analysis, Financial Modeling, Investment Analysis, Property Valuation, Market Trends, Risk Assessment, Portfolio Management, Due Diligence, Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, Forecasting, Excel, GIS, Reporting, Negotiation, Asset Management, Property Management.</p>
