<p>Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team at our manufacturing facility. This part-time role is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering calls, and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed. Accurately enter data and maintain timely updates. Provide general administrative support to the Customer Service team. Perform filing, archiving, and other office duties as needed. Support other departments with data entry, filing, and document management. Keep the front desk area tidy and presentable. Handle general inquiries and route messages to the appropriate personnel. Assist with scheduling and room bookings for meetings.</p> <p>Qualifications & Requirements</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information. Experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus.</p>
