<p>The Food and Beverage Floor Lead is a key member of the management team. The F&B Floor Lead will apply all of their experience and knowledge to assuring that the wants and needs of guests are consistently met and/or exceeded.</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of related experience in F&B </li><li>Must have strong sales orientation </li><li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook </li><li>Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws </li><li>Experienced with computerized point of sale systems </li><li>Must have strong business aptitude </li><li>Must have strong service orientation </li><li>Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Must be highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented </li><li>Must have exceptional interpersonal skills </li><li>Must be 21+ </li><li>Must have valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Train front line staff on quality assurance and appropriate guest service </li><li>Assists with daily walk-throughs to ensure full compliance with the Department of Health regulations </li><li>Comply with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire and other local/state laws </li><li>Follow correct closing procedures and appropriate cash handling practices </li><li>Prepares food and tends bar as needed </li><li>Ensures that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout the kitchen and bar at all times </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by manager </li></ul> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
