OST is successful because we listen to our clients, we learn from our clients, and we know our clients.</p> <p>Sr. Systems Engineer</p> <p>Description of specific Duties in a typical workday for this position:</p> <ul> <li>Provide engineering support for requirements analysis, design and test; supporting development of acquisition documentation; supporting cost estimation ; review technical documentation; participating in design reviews, teleconferences, meetings, and discussions concerning Software upgrades, reporting on all findings, conclusions, and issues concerning these development and upgrades, and conduct in-plant and on-site testing </li><li>Interact with contractors and customers </li><li>Travel as required to support meetings, conferences, data gathering, and testing events, both CONUS and OCONUS </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Real time modeling and simulation </li><li>Training Software design and development </li><li>Training Software interoperability </li><li>Working knowledge of HLA - either real time or discrete application </li><li>Experience working in an IPT environment </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>10 years of experience </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering </li><li>Secret Clearance </li></ul> <p>This is a full time position paying a base salary range of $105,000, full benefits, and has possible bonus potential based on merit and performance.
