We strive to be symbols of the community and better ourselves every day.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems while providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and company-sponsored programs.</p> <p>What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:</p> <ul> <li>Complete all general HVAC in-home service calls </li><li>Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or under-performing systems </li><li>Repair or replace defective equipment or components on HVAC equipment </li><li>Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services </li><li>Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and service club agreements </li><li>Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals </li><li>Show yourself as a professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-inventoried truck </li><li>Participate actively in all training exercises and weekly meetings </li><li>Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, summary of findings, and podium reviews </li></ul> <p>What We'd Like You to Have:</p> <ul> <li>A valid driver's license and a clean driving record is required for this position. </li><li>EPA universal certification is required. </li><li>Knowledge of local HVAC codes </li><li>A minimum of 2 years residential service or HVAC installation experience is preferred. </li></ul> <p>What's In It For You:</p> <p>Reinventing an industry takes work, and we aim to recognize and promote the wellbeing of our people professionally, financially, physically and mentally.
