<p>Mini Bar Service Attendant at Conrad Nashville</p> <p>Job Summary: We are looking for a professional Mini Bar attendant able of attending to Conrad Nashville with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation. The primary role of a Mini Bar Attendant is to effectively maintain the guest room mini bars. Their job duties require style and service attributes that are key to creating a positive guest experience.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming, which include wearing a correct nametag and uniform when working. </li><li>Deliver excellent customer service in an efficient manner. </li><li>Communicate all guest requests or charge discrepancies to an appropriate supervisor in a timely and professional manner. </li><li>Efficiently maintain inventory of mini-bar supplies of all guest rooms, occupied and not occupied. </li><li>Keeps cart clean and orderly </li><li>Ensure mini bars are defrosted, clean and in good state of repair at all times. </li><li>Ensure mini bar product is fresh and has not exceeded its expiration date. </li><li>Adhere to DND (Do Not Disturb) processes and procedures. </li><li>Maintain appearance and uniform standards. </li><li>Anticipates guest needs, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness, ensuring complete guest satisfaction and repeat business. </li><li>Familiar/knowledgeable about the hotel and able to explain the locations and operating hours of hotel facilities. </li><li>Gives recognition to repeat guests </li><li>Special projects and duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 1 year housekeeping/mini bar experience preferred </li><li>Minimum of 1 year hotel experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Skills & Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent time management skills </li><li>Passion for hospitality and customer service focused. </li><li>Team player </li><li>Can communicate well with guests, supervisors and coworkers. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Lifting may include equipment or furniture weighing up to 25 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations. </li><li>Must be flexible to work any day of the week, weekends, and holidays if assigned. </li><li>Ability to life, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand for extend periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401k after 90 days, fully vested, company match to 3% </li><li>Medical/ Dental/Vision- eligible after 60 days </li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) </li><li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA) </li><li>Awesome Paid Time Off policy </li><li>Hilton Discounts Worldwide </li><li>Northwood Hospitality Discounts </li><li>Free Parking </li></ul>
