<p>The Senior FP&A Manager is a key strategic partner within Krause Group, driving financial clarity and accountability through high-impact financial planning and analysis (FP&A). This role supports executive decision-making by delivering insight-driven financial models, reports, and forecasts that align with business strategy, ensuring sound fiscal management across all entities-both domestic and international.</p> <p>This leader is responsible for consolidating financial data, identifying performance trends, managing risk, and improving financial outcomes. In addition to overseeing FP&A activities, this role supports debt compliance, capital planning, cash management, and financial reporting. The FP&A Senior Manager also plays a pivotal role in budget planning and variance analysis, scenario modeling, investment evaluation, and financial due diligence for strategic initiatives.</p> <p>Principal Functions of the Job</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Financial Planning & Analysis </li><li>Lead the company-wide annual operating plan (AOP), long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes, ensuring alignment to strategic goals and evolving market conditions. </li><li>Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate performance, inform key decisions, and support growth initiatives across multiple business units and legal entities. </li><li>Build and manage standardized reporting packages for leadership, including dashboards, KPIs, and variance analyses across revenue, expenses, margin, and capital. </li><li>Partner cross-functionally with operational leaders to translate business strategies into measurable financial plans and to monitor actuals versus plan. </li><li>Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of complex financial concepts. </li><li>Strategic Finance & Business Support </li><li>Collaborate with senior leadership on capital allocation decisions, including ROI analysis, investment proposals, and financing strategies. </li><li>Provide strategic support and financial modeling for M&A, real estate development, or new business initiatives. </li><li>Leverage alternative financing structures and partnerships to optimize funding across entities. </li><li>Drive process improvement in financial workflows and decision-support tools. </li><li>Cash Management & Capital Planning </li><li>Monitor and manage cash flow projections, working capital optimization, and liquidity planning. </li><li>Partner with treasury, accounting, and legal teams on funding strategies, intercompany transactions, and currency risk mitigation. </li><li>Governance, Compliance & Reporting </li><li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations and debt covenants across jurisdictions. </li><li>Support internal and external audits, board reporting, and lender reporting requirements. </li><li>Coordinate preparation and review of consolidated and business-level financial reports, ensuring accuracy and integrity. </li><li>Team Leadership & Collaboration </li><li>Serve as a financial advisor to operational teams across Krause Group companies, including international partners in Italy. </li><li>Build scalable processes and develop finance team capabilities in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or FP&A software. </li><li>Support </li><li>Provide support for tax filings, compliance, and coordination with internal or external tax advisors as needed. </li><li>Support regulatory reporting and filings as required. </li><li>Participate in due diligence, special projects, or ad hoc financial analysis. </li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and strategic information. </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities</p> <p>Position has no formal leadership responsibilities and no direct reports.</p> <p>Knowledge and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. </li><li>Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive financial experience, including at least 3 years in FP&A or strategic finance leadership roles. </li></ul> <p>Skills and Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with FP&A systems (e.g., Vena, Adaptive Insights, Planful, Anaplan) preferred. </li><li>Strong understanding of financial reporting (GAAP, IFRS, and Italian GAAP desirable). </li><li>Proven track record of driving performance through data, analysis, and business acumen. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-growth, and globally integrated environment. </li><li>Strong organizational and time management capabilities. </li></ul> <p>Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
