<p>Grade Level: 9-12</p> <p>Teaching Certificate Required Exceptional Needs: Mild Interventions</p> <p>Previous Teaching Experience Required: Experience with multiple disabilities preferred, but not required.</p> <p>General Description of Position Duties: Will work with students with specific learning disabilities, mild/moderate/severe cognitive disabilities, autism, and other health impairments while serving as their Teacher of Record (TOR). Will work with students in a life-skills classroom. May also teach self- contained special needs (certificate track) class(es) and/or Inclusion class(es).</p> <p>Special Skills, Training or Aptitudes Required or Desire: Ability to work with high school students and parents, to work with a department and team, organized and skilled at writing IEP's.
