<p>DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF WORK</p> <p>PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT: Camp Dearborn in Milford, Michigan</p> <p>HOURS/PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT:</p> <p>Seasonal; April thru November - 24 hour/7 Day Operation. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Time off during this period is extremely limited.</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Installs, repairs, and maintains building materials in and on facilities at Camp Dearborn. </li><li>Orders and maintains parts, supplies and equipment. </li><li>Responds to and/or resolves inquires and problems from customers. </li><li>Works outdoors in extreme heat, rain or other unfavorable weather. </li><li>Assists with records and reports; maintains materials; records; equipment and supplies; inventories. </li><li>Performs hands-on maintenance and repair tasks as required. </li><li>May be assigned additional duties and responsibilities related to the operation of a recreation facility. </li><li>Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships. </li><li>Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance. </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING/LICENSING REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:</p> <ul> <li>Two to three years of related experience </li></ul> <p>NECESSARY SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Valid State of Michigan driver's license</p> <p>POST OFFER REQUIREMENTS: Satisfactory completion of criminal history, physical, and a drug screen that tests for illegal drugs as defined by the Federal Drug Free Workplace Act but not those legalized under Michigan law</p>
