If so, lets talk.</p> <p>Your role and responsibilities</p> <p>As a member of the Delivery Excellence organization, the Delivery Manager is responsible for leading successful delivery of projects at Neudesic. The role reports to the Regional Delivery Director for the market. This role requires technical expertise, project management experience and highly effective communication and leadership skills.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with account leadership to ensure accountability for successful project delivery. </li><li>Set and ensure quality standards for project deliverables. </li><li>Serve as the project expert in developing against Neudesic's methodology and processes, with particular focus on Agile frameworks. </li><li>Provide weekly project status reports. </li><li>Maintain forecast and actuals of project scope, schedule, and budget. </li><li>Assist with completion of internal and external status reports. </li><li>Assist with coordination and processing of change requests. </li><li>Coordinate and monitor accurate project billing and adhere to all internal and project compliance requirements. </li><li>Coordinate weekly status meetings. </li><li>Escalate risks and issues as necessary. </li><li>Facilitate all project related ceremonies. </li></ul> <p>As of February 9, 2022, Neudesic has been acquired by IBM and is now being integrated into the IBM organization. As a result, your recruitment process will be managed by IBM, which will also be the hiring entity.</p> <p>This job can be performed anywhere in the US</p> <p>Required education</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree</p> <p>Preferred education</p> <p>Master's Degree</p> <p>Required technical and professional expertise</p> <ul> <li>3-4 years of experience functioning as a functional/technical BA. Experience should include development of requirements, defining business rules, and communicating with technical counterparts to confirm alignment of technical requirements. Experience includes working within the Agile framework to confirm acceptance criteria of stories within the backlog with the product owner function. </li><li>4-8 years of experience running projects valued on average between $300k - $2M. Majority of experience is directly in software development, data migration, cloud solutions and cloud infrastructure. Azure experience is a plus. </li><li>Project Management experience is comprised of: </li><li>Average team size ranges between 4-10 people </li><li>Includes mix of both onshore/offshore teams </li><li>Risk identification, triage and management </li><li>Feature/backlog/release prioritization, leading backlog discussions with BA/technical representation to confirm alignment </li><li>Ensuring skill alignment to required tasks within team </li><li>Budget and reporting communication </li><li>Preferred at least 3 years of working in Azure DevOps environment to manage projects, deploying CI/CD pipelines and managing automated builds/testing. </li><li>Deep experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, Hybrid. </li><li>Power user of current version MSFT products, including PPT, Visio, Word and Excel. </li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
