<p>This position is a hybrid position which requires travel to our Boston office in our beautiful new office at The Hub on Causeway with scenic views of the Zakim bridge.</p> <p>As an eCommerce Manager, a typical day might include the following:</p> <ul> <li>Ensuring accurate inventory tracking, stock forecasting, and synchronization across all sales channels, including physical retail locations and third-party marketplaces like eBay; Minimizing overselling and stock discrepancies. </li><li>Managing and optimizing Shopify theme, functionality, and integrations, including third-party apps for automation, customer experience, and analytics </li><li>Regularly analyzing sales, customer behavior, and inventory turnover data to drive informed decision-making and improve sales performance </li><li>Maintaining and optimize integrations with inventory management systems, fulfillment platforms, and payment processors </li><li>Streamlining workflows between online and in-store inventory, including order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and return processing </li><li>Monitoring transactions for fraudulent activity and ensure compliance with eCommerce and payment security standards </li><li>Managing day-to-day operations of the CardVault eCommerce site ensuring information such as pricing, product descriptions and promotions are accurate </li><li>Ensuring adherence to CardVault product brand guidelines across all online channels </li><li>Conducting marketing research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, ascertain the company's target audience, performance of product, and identifying any potential needs or services in order to improve sales </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>This job might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A comprehensive knowledge of sports and/or trading cards is required </li><li>Minimum of two years direct eCommerce experience in a similar environment is required </li><li>High school Diploma/GED desired. College degree preferred </li><li>This position is a hybrid position which requires travel to our Boston office in our beautiful new office at The Hub on Causeway with scenic views of the Zakim bridge. </li><li>Proven expertise in Shopify backend management, Shopify Plus and Liquid coding a plus </li><li>Hands-on experience with eCommerce inventory platforms such as Shopify Inventory, NetSuite, ShipStation, or similar </li><li>Understanding of omnichannel sales strategies, including brick-and-mortar inventory syncing with eCommerce platforms </li><li>Ability to troubleshoot Shopify issues, integrations, and API connections effectively </li><li>Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Shopify reports, and other eCommerce analytics tools </li><li>Experience with general SEO, content creation and advertising </li><li>In-Depth knowledge of industry and eCommerce trends </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills </li><li>Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once, including having high attention to detail and organizational skills </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands / Work Environment / Hours</p> <p>The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
