In addition, the operator troubleshoots minor operating difficulties including: analyzing machine operations, inspection of products, locating troublesome elements within machines, and making necessary adjustments to eliminate quality variations and malfunctions.</p> <p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Ability to judge quality in all aspects.</p> <p>Ability to read and understand job orders.</p> <p>Ability to complete data entry activities as needed & record production and maintain records.</p> <p>Provide timely and complete communication with Team Leaders and all other impacted operational and functional teams regarding quality or mechanical issues.</p> <p>Ability to meet production standards consistently once trained.</p> <p>Ability to make minor adjustments to machines to maintain quality standards.</p> <p>Inspect and pack finished parts properly.</p> <p>Ability to distinguish between different colors and shades of color.</p> <p>Ability to detect small defects as in scratches, dents, smudges, etc.</p> <p>Compiles data associated with the performance of production equipment for reporting purposes.</p> <p>Checks in-process and completed materials for compliance.</p> <p>Qualifications</p>
