This includes:</p> <ul> <li>Ideation and planning for next generation programs </li><li>Integrate commercial and technical factors into well-organized analyses to drive asset creation from Seaport's technology platform </li><li>Analyze clinical/commercial unmet need in potential indications and perform basic market sizing and competitive analysis </li><li>Undertaking project management & operations of early-stage R&D and new programs </li><li>Interfacing with key opinion leaders as part of sourcing and diligence efforts </li><li>Preparing clear and compelling communication materials, including presentations, for key external stakeholders </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Creativity, smarts & initiative </li><li>PhD or MD from a top tier institution in a life sciences related field </li><li>1-2 years of experience in biopharma strategy, biotech venture capital, or life sciences banking </li><li>Strong project management abilities </li><li>Ability to work onsite in Boston, MA 3-5 days per week </li><li>Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; candidate should feel comfortable interacting with a broad set of stakeholders across the organization </li><li>Highly motivated and results driven individual with a passion for working in a fast-paced and evolving organization </li></ul>
