This includes fields and rules creation, mapping, design, etc. </li><li>Assist with quarterly library updates </li><li>Assist agents and internal business units with library and form-related questions and troubleshoot as appropriate </li><li>Facilitate training as needed at the agency level to achieve goals in system and application use of policy issuance </li><li>Manage and maintain the VPI balancing reports - follow-up with Agents on blank endorsements, missing policy information, kick-outs or balance between VPI & WINS </li><li>Provide backup for the ARIC version of the Documaker development if necessary </li><li>Assist with setting up an agency EDI with new and existing agents </li><li>Act as liaison between agent and Information Technology regarding agents' electronic service requests, such as sign-on requests, web services, moving quotes, etc. </li><li>Report and respond to technical and business processing issues from the field and escalate to internal areas in Agency Management and Information Technology </li><li>Report and respond to inquiries from agency users for corrections and updates to the Underwriting manual </li><li>Report and respond to inquiries from agency users on technical enhancements to policy issue, quick rater and Penn Link Manual </li><li>Assist Senior Analyst in all projects and daily tasks </li><li>Assist with the maintenance, updating and distributing of underwriting communications and marketing material as requested </li><li>Handle routine communications (letters, telephone calls, e-mail or faxes) with agents, underwriters, etc. </li></ul> <p>Notices</p> <ul> <li>Issue non-renewals, cancellations, reinstatements and recession notices using the Oden Software </li><li>Work with brokerage underwriting units and premium accounting unit for notices of cancellation or reinstatement for non-payment issues </li><li>Arrange the daily mailing of notices </li><li>Review and process all Loss Runs requests received via e-mail, fax, phone, or ImageRight task within set service standards </li><li>Contributes to overall department effort and achieving company goals </li><li>Assist Senior Analyst in all projects and daily tasks </li><li>Assist with the maintenance, updating and distributing of underwriting communications and marketing material as requested </li><li>Handle routine communications (letters, telephone calls, e-mail or faxes) with agents, underwriters, etc. </li></ul> <p>Other duties</p> <ul> <li>Provide backup at the front desk on an as needed basis </li><li>Provide backup for the agency set up process on an as needed basis </li><li>Provide backup for surplus lines validation on an as needed basis </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma and three years' experience in the property and casualty insurance industry - or equivalent combination of related education and experience </li><li>Strong knowledge of customer service support best practices </li><li>Strong PC skills (MS Office applications) </li><li>Prior experience with document generation tools: editing documents, creating variables and markup fields a plus </li><li>Prior experience in working with XML documents and build xPaths to data nodes a plus </li><li>Prior experience with GhostDraft or similar document generation applications a plus </li><li>Ability to work independently and as a team player </li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and documentation skills </li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external customers </li></ul>
