If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!</p> <p>Your core duties will include:</p> <ul> <li>Manage daily accounting operations, including cash flow monitoring, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, to ensure financial stability and smooth operational execution. </li><li>Supervise, coach, and develop a high-functioning team; onboard and train new team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning. </li><li>Prepare and analyze key financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and work-in-progress schedules, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. </li><li>Support the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, helping leadership understand and plan for future financial performance. </li><li>Coordinate and prepare for financial audits by compiling supporting schedules, responding to auditor inquiries, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. </li><li>Identify opportunities for improving accounting systems and processes; lead the implementation of more efficient workflows and stronger internal controls. </li><li>Participate in the implementation of a new ERP system, helping to align financial reporting and operational processes with modern technology. </li><li>Oversee and process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance; manage year-end payroll reporting and filings. </li><li>Interpret and calculate a variety of incentive plans and variable compensation programs with accuracy and clarity. </li><li>FUTURE OPPORTUNITY: Lead effort to evaluate, select, and transition to an outsourced payroll provider, managing the process from research through execution. </li></ul>
