You will closely partner with business stakeholders across CVS Health's Care Delivery businesses, including Primary Care (Oak Street Health, MinuteClinic) and Home Care (Signify Health).This role requires comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring clarity to complex, cross-functional strategic challenges. You will lead high-impact strategic and operational initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing project-based contributors with a path to formal people management. Ideally direct employment or significant project advisory with providers or payorsInternal strategy or management consulting experience preferredGrowth mindset and commitment to deepening expertise across the healthcare industryEducationBachelor's degree required and or equivalent related work experienceMBA preferredPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
