The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to student success, collaboration, and fostering a positive and inclusive school environment. This role plays a vital part in supporting the district's mission to provide high-quality education and services to all students.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Valid New Jersey Administrative Certificate with Principal endorsement.</p> </li><li> <p>Master's degree from an accredited college/university.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of five years of successful experience as a teacher.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work effectively with staff and parents.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a multicultural, diverse community.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Required criminal background check and proof of US citizenship or legal alien status.</p> </li><li> <p>Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.</p> </li></ol> <p>Evaluation:</p> <p>Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with NJ State law and the provisions of the Board's policy on evaluations.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Rahway Public Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package to support the health, well-being, and professional growth of our employees.</p> <p>Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in medical and prescription coverage through the School Employees' Health Benefits Program, as well as dental insurance.
