<p>Nature of Work</p> <p>Under the direction of the ELC (Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity) Project Director (currently the Surveillance Director), this position is responsible for the complex administrative coordination and management of the ELC Cooperative Agreement (CoAg). This includes coordinating the work of various ELC programs and projects across organizational units such as the OEPS (Office of Epidemiology and Prevention Services), OLS (Office of Laboratory Services), MIS (Management Information Systems), local health departments, and external partners to ensure the unified implementation of activities that meet grant objectives.</p> <p>Responsibilities include providing support to Program Managers and overseeing the monitoring, evaluation, and coordination of ELC program activities. This includes reviewing, tracking, and reconciling budgets across programs and projects, consulting with finance, and recommending budget redirections as necessary. These duties require the ability to skillfully negotiate with all involved in the financial accounting process to appropriately separate program accounts and expenses.</p> <p>Click The APPLY Link To Apply Online.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Training:Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.</p> <p>Substitution:Additional experience as described below may be substituted for the required training on a year-for-year basis.</p> <p>Experience:Four years full-time, equivalent part-time paid or volunteer experience in a technical or program area that is related to the area of employment.</p> <p>Substitution:Post-graduate education in a field related to the technical or program area may be substituted for the required experience on the basis of fifteen semester hours for one year of experience.</p> <p>Other Information</p> <p>Three (3) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in the Health and Human Resources series may substitute for the required training and experience.</p>
