<p>Responsibilitiesarrow_right</p> <p>GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB</p> <p>Accountable for maintaining all equipment within the facility.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES</p> <p>Main tasks include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Implementing, diagnosing, and repairing simple electrical and electronic circuits </li><li>Troubleshooting and repairing both simple and complex hydraulic circuits. </li><li>Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems. </li><li>Conform to all applicable safety standards. </li><li>Responsible for preventative maintenance for specified area (if applicable). </li><li>Must be able to work with little or no supervision. </li><li>Maintain adherence to Company policies, safety/ergonomic standards, and good housekeeping practices. </li><li>Understand and implement the health and safety policy and to integrate health and safety considerations into daily work activities </li><li>Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. </li></ul> <p>SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE JOB</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work overtime based on business demands. </li></ul> <p>WORKING ENVIRONMENT</p> <ul> <li>Moderate to loud production environment </li><li>Working around equipment and machinery </li><li>Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. </li></ul> <p>SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate good verbal communication skills. </li><li>Demonstrate good attendance, safety, and housekeeping records. </li><li>Demonstrate positive, team-oriented behavior. </li><li>Must have a working knowledge of quality systems and production planning. </li><li>Must have a mechanical aptitude and ability to analyze and solve routine ongoing production concerns. </li><li>Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills. </li><li>Must have effective communication skills to be able to communicate and instruct associates. </li><li>Capable of handling change, displaying flexibility and be willing to try new ideas and concepts. </li><li>Self-starter and can carry out tasks with minimal direct supervision. </li><li>Well Organized. </li><li>Accurate and attentive to detail. </li><li>Talking/listening to others to convey and receive information effectively. </li><li>Ability to assist and support others. </li><li>Ability to use mathematics to solve problems. </li><li>Good interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work any shift or hours required </li></ul> <p>Qualificationsarrow_right</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li></ul> <p>Licenses or Certificates:</p> <ul> <li>California Driver's License- needed to be a company certified forklift driver </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>2 to 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified </li></ul>
