<p>We are seeking a PER DIEM OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (OTA/COTA) to join our team who is a dynamic clinician and team player.</p> <p>NEW WAGE SCALE WITH EXCELLENT PER DIEM RATE</p> <p>Our facility offers a supportive environment with a compassionate rehab team which is led by an experienced Director of Rehabilitation. The rehab department utilizes Net Health-Therapy and Point Click Care for billing and documentation to assist Occupational Therapy Assistant with daily efficiency where quality care remains the primary focus of each therapist. The facility offers a 6-day a week, in-house comprehensive rehabilitation program where the Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team. Our rehab positions are stable and secure at one location. Each rehab department offers a spacious gym.</p> <ul> <li>One Location, No Daily Travel </li><li>Flexible Schedules </li><li>Excellent Per Diem Rates </li><li>Weekly Pay </li><li>Opportunities to work per diem at additional facilities if you choose. </li></ul> <p>OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>Conducts screenings of residents as scheduled for referral to Occupational Therapists.</p> <p>Contributes objective data to Occupational Therapists as allowed by scope of practice.</p> <p>Provide Occupational Therapy treatment to residents when indicated per the OT plan of care.</p> <p>Actively engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT and facility success.</p> <p>OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT JOB QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Minimum of Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program</p> <p>A current Florida Occupational Therapy Assistant License</p> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p> <p>Excellent organizational and time management skills</p> <p>Must be computer/tech savvy.</p> <p>IND789</p>
