The Operations Manager works closely with multiple project teams and provides operational support to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This is a dynamic role with a clear career path.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise, direct, and develop the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals. </li><li>Lead the development of an overall project plan and set expectations for the team. </li><li>Take ownership of project information and effectively communicate status to relevant stakeholders. </li><li>Validate project progress and provide recommendations to ensure execution goals are met. </li><li>Allocate and manage manpower resources to meet project objectives. </li><li>Ensure the project team follows defined processes and that roles and responsibilities are clearly executed. </li><li>Maintain customer relationships by staying actively engaged throughout the project lifecycle. </li><li>Resolve conflicts or issues with customer management during the course of the project. </li></ul> <p>Requirements and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. </li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills. </li><li>10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management. </li><li>Experience managing a variety of project types, with a focus on Commercial/Industrial construction. </li><li>General knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience managing projects over $1 million. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Lithko is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
