If you're a hands-on problem-solver with strong mechanical aptitude and experience maintaining production equipment, we want to hear from you immediately.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>We are growing fast and need a technician who can jump in and keep our operation running at peak performance. You'll work directly with laser cutting equipment, CMM machines, welding systems, and facility infrastructure. This is a high-impact role where your expertise directly reduces downtime and improves production flow.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Take ownership of troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. </li><li>Maintain and support laser machines, welding systems, and CMM inspection equipment. </li><li>Execute preventive maintenance with urgency and accuracy to prevent unplanned downtime. </li><li>Ensure work is performed safely and in full compliance with OSHA and LOTO requirements. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (fabrication experience is a strong plus). </li><li>Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills - you know how to get equipment back online fast. </li><li>Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting where reliability matters. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in tight spaces. </li><li>Exposure to heat, noise, welding operations, and moving machinery. </li><li>Use of PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection as required. </li></ul> <p>Join Us Now</p> <p>If you're ready to step into a role where your skills truly make a difference, apply today.
