<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Set-Up C Technician supports the production needs of the operation by setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting machines with assistance and/or direction from management or qualified associates.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Set-up, operate, and maintain equipment as needed to support operations</p> </li><li> <p>Make professional and lasting modifications and repairs to existing equipment with direction from management or qualified associates</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for cosmetic criteria as specified and communicating criteria to employees</p> </li><li> <p>Relay pertinent product and quality related information to Operators, Inspectors, Supervisors, and peers, in both written and verbal forms</p> </li><li> <p>Documentation of production, maintenance, and QC audits performed</p> </li><li> <p>Organizing and maintaining the order and cleanliness of equipment, storage areas and the department as a whole</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties and projects, as required by production and business need</p> </li></ul> <p>Education, Skills, and Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or equivalent required</p> </li><li> <p>Previous manufacturing experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Successful completion of Mechanical Aptitude test</p> </li><li> <p>Established ability to identify and communicate issues and offer proposed solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Great attention to detail is required</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage interruptions in a professional and respectful manner is essential</p> </li><li> <p>Above basic math skills and reasoning ability</p> </li><li> <p>Moderate computer and Microsoft Office skills</p> </li><li> <p>Forklift certification</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical and Weight Lifting Demands</p> <p>The physical and weight lifting demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
