You've come to the right place to grow your career.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction and renovation projects for bank branches, corporate offices, data centers, and other facilities. This role ensures projects align with the organization's financial goals, regulatory requirements, and building standards while minimizing disruptions to banking operations.</p> <p>Team Culture</p> <p>We act with honor and truthfulness and live our company values every day. Our foundation of integrity builds coworker trust, relationships, and effective interpersonal relationships.</p> <p>How You'll Spend Your Time</p> <ul> <li>You will oversee and coordinate all activities related to occupancy, construction, relocation, and renovation of buildings, offices and facilities throughout all markets. </li><li>You will prepare/obtain cost estimates on all activities relating to occupancy, construction, relocations and renovation of assigned projects. </li><li>You will negotiate with new hires and supervise contractors for construction, furniture, moves and renovations per approved specifications of leadership. </li><li>You will meet with Line of Business leaders to discuss issues and make presentations around design, space, work flow, relocation, and alterations/remodels. </li><li>You will confer with outside architectural consultants and contractors on any design alterations for your assigned projects. </li><li>You will participate in project planning/scheduling, quality assurance plan review, and make periodic inspections on projects throughout the construction/reconfiguration phases. </li><li>You will prepare and generate CAD drawings from blue line sketches of existing CAD drawings to the CAD database, and review/verify architectural drawings to provide space planning for new and existing furniture. </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience Requirements</p> <p>This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture/Architectural Engineering, or Architectural Interior Design, and 5+ years of Construction of Facilities Project Management experience; or 10 + years of equivalent, combined work-related experience.</p> <ul> <li>Thorough knowledge of facilities and/or construction project management </li><li>Advanced project planning/management skills with ability to coordinate many activities and multiple priorities utilizing scheduling and planning tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera. </li><li>Experience and working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc </li><li>Experience in planning and managing corporate office systems furniture </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align multiple stakeholders goals and objectives to the overall project. </li><li>Advanced presentation skills for both internal and external audiences </li><li>Thorough knowledge to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications </li><li>Ability to conceptually estimate and develop project budgets based on historical date, industry knowledge, and market regions. </li><li>Analytical with the ability to examine issues from multiple viewpoints </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions & Physical Requirements</p> <p>Office - 20 lbs</p> <p>BOK Financial Corporation Group is a stable and financially strong organization that provides excellent training and development to support building the long term careers of employees.
